20th International Conference on Microelectronics

Please read the following information carefully before proceeding to the on-line registration system.



EDAS Account:


  • In order to be able to register for the conference, you need to have an account on the on-line conference management system EDAS.

  • If you are an author of an accepted paper, then you should use the same account that you have used to submit your paper.

  • If you don't have an EDAS account then follow the link EDAS NEW ACCOUNT to create an account.


Registration Periods:


There are two registration periods:


  • Early (Reduced Rate) Registration Period: before or on the 15th of October, 2008.

  • Late (Higher Rate) Registration Period: After the 15th of October, 2008.


Author Registration:


  • At least one author per paper must register and pay the non-student author registration fees (EUR 300) by the Early Registration deadline (15th October 2008). NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE. Failure to meet the deadline will result in an automatic withdrawal of the paper for presentation and publication.

  • The normal author registration fees (EUR 300) can be used to cover up to two papers.
  • The student author registration fees (EUR 150) can be used to cover one paper only.

Full registration includes technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, proceedings, CD-ROM and banquet ticket. The full registration may include up to 2 papers. Add 100 Euros per additional paper. Student Registration is only for one paper.



Conference Registration Fees


For a paper to be included in the conference proceedings, at least one non-student author must register before or on October 15th, 2008.


Registration fees in Euros are as follows:

* Upon presentation- it is required to show University student card or letter from the University.


On-Line Registration and Payment


  • The on-line registration and payment will be processed via a secure link using a credit card payment system. Please click on the following link ONLINE REGISTRATION and then log-in using your EDAS user name and password.

  • You will be provided with a list of items (called events in EDAS) that you can register. Make your selection and press the "Register and Pay" button at the bottom of the page.
  • You will be transferred to a new page where you will be asked to choose the payment method and update your billing address.
