Visa Information
ICM 2008 Participants need to secure their own visa for entry into the UAE.
Participants to the conference, can request a VISA by presenting to their nearest UAE embassy or consulate the acceptance letter that they can ask for from the conference secretary icm2008@sharjah.ac.ae
Authors may request from hotels or travel companies in UAE to obtain visa for them to enter the country.

Since entry permit rules change constantly and without prior notice, please consult the nearest UAE embassy or consulate to your city. In some cases, entry permits may require several weeks to be issued, hence please make sure to arrange your permits as early as possible.
